For sale on North Ohioville road!

She's a bit of a beater but that might mean the price is right. 



This is taken from the road. The wood lined yard is really nice - green and super lush.

There's an interesting guest house in the back and a 2 car garage.

    I stumbled across your blog when I checked out the Gunk Blog.

    I must say I really like all the nice pics and funny little remarks from you.

    I used to live in Clintondale when I first came to the USA from Germany.

    My friend Ingrids daughter just bought a house in Clintondale.

    Your house looks great, I am happy that we did not have to do the work. You guys are doing an excellent job bringing it back to life.
